I can't say enough good things about this shop in Northern Ireland, UK, for outdoor and military gear. They have an awesome selection. I've placed a couple of small orders so far and have been really pleased with everything. The quality of the gear and the prices are both great.

My latest order showed up just fine. It was well packed and protected from any damage during shipping. On top of that, they even threw in a few cool tactical patches for hats and bags that stick on with velcro.

Now, I just gotta try on the two shirts I got in the next few days.

I placed my order before 3 PM for same-day shipping. Ordered on Monday and got it Tuesday morning without any hassle, just how it should be. I'll be getting my airsoft gear from these folks from now on.

I received the wrong part at first, but they sent the right one in just two days, and I didn’t even have to send the incorrect one back. The customer service was top-notch, and they communicated quickly. Prices are great, highly recommend!

I ordered a holster for left-handed use, but when it showed up, it was for right-handed folks. I shot them an email, and after waiting five days with no word back, I sent another one to express my frustration about their lack of support. Eventually, I got a response, but it felt like I was being called a liar, with them insisting I had ordered the right-handed version. When I checked, they were out of left-handed holsters, so I can't help but think they just sent me the wrong one on purpose. They told me I could return it, but I'd have to cover the shipping costs myself, and they’d only refund the price of the holster, not the original shipping. That means I'd be losing almost as much as the holster cost just to send it back! Seriously, think twice before dealing with this company, and don’t count on any decent customer service.

I bought a bag along with a couple of pouches. One pouch and the bag were defective. They proposed a measly £2.50 as compensation for a £42 purchase! I won't be shopping with them again.

Last week, I ran into some trouble with my gun and was totally lost about what the problem might be. Jhonny provided me with a ton of insights on what could be wrong and offered helpful tips to rule out any mistakes.

At that point, I hadn’t even made a purchase yet, but I was still getting loads of guidance! I figured I’d give fixing it a shot myself, so I ordered the necessary parts from Bullseye, with Jhonny advising me on how to assemble everything since I had never built or shimmed a gearbox before.

The parts arrived in just 2 days! Keep in mind, I ordered them on a Thursday night, and they made it to me by Saturday morning, coming all the way from Ireland to England. I ended up breaking the sector chip while rebuilding, but I ordered a replacement on Saturday, and it was here today!

The gun is now fully assembled and working like a charm!

I bought an ASG CAA M4 CQB airsoft gun from Bullseyecountrysport. Sadly, the safety selector wasn’t functioning right. But the crew (Emma and Johnny) were fantastic; they took it back on their dime and discovered that a tiny spring was broken inside. They didn’t just swap out the spring; they also upgraded all the little springs inside without charging me extra. Incredible service, folks!
